| Phebe or Phoebe Cartwright Palmer was the daughter of William A. Cartwright (born January 2, 1775, in Hopkinton, Washington County, Rhode Island, died September 3, 1845, in Amity, Allegany County, New York) and Abigail Davis (born about 1779 in Rhode Island).
