CHLOE B. KELLY ca. 1878 - 19__
WILLIAM BELLUS MILLER 1879-1967

Chloe B. Kelly, daughter of Stephen A. Kelly and Amanda M. Riggs, was born about 1878 in Illinois, probably at the family home near Joetta in Hancock Township, Hancock County.  In 1889 the Kelly family moved to Centerville, Appanoose County, Iowa.

Circa 1908-1909 Chloe married Dr. William Bellus Miller.  He was born June 24, 1879, in Ringgold County, Iowa, the son of Horatio T. Miller and Elizabeth Jane Zollman.

Chloe Kelly Miller may have given birth to one child who did not survive infancy - the 1910 census entry is not clear.

When William registered for Selective Service in 1918, he and Chloe were living at the E. State Street address also listed in the 1920 census.  He stated he was a physician and surgeon and used the signature W. B. Miller.  He was described as being of medium height, stout build, with hazel eyes and brown hair.
