| Frank Leslie Kelly, son of By the age of 25, Frank was working for the CB&Q as an engineer. He married Lula E. (maiden name undetermined) about 1918. That year he also registered for Selective Service. He and Lulu were renting at 102 N. 12th Street in Centerville, near Frank's sister and brother-in-law, Jennie and John B. McNeal. In 1920 Frank and Lula were still living at the same address. Both were employed. By 1930 Frank and Lula had purchased a home at 407 East State Street, Centerville. At that time they had one child:
