Jim Kendall took these photographs during the summer of 2003 and notes that from the wide area view, we can see the amount of open ground surrounding John's tombstone (at the center of the wide view). He points out that the space is striking in this small cemetery, which lends support to our belief that in addition to John and Ortentia, some of the children were also laid to rest here. Jim found no evidence of any markers other than John's.
