Lenoir, 82, of Jackson, died there July 27,2000, at St. Dominic Hospital.
Visitation is 10 a.m. Saturday at Briarwood Presbyterian Church in Jackson until
memorial services there at 11 a.m. The Rev. Terry Swicegood will officiate. A
committal service will be 3 p.m. Saturday at Hollywood Cemetery in McComb. Mark
Seepe Funeral Home of Jackson is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Lenoir was born Aug. 27, 1917, in Rayne, La.
She was a homemaker and a member of Briarwood Presbyterian Church, where she was
an active member of Circle Number One. She was a former resident of McComb,
where she had been a member of J. J. White Memorial Presbyterian Church. She was
a graduate of Mississippi College for Women, and attended Peabody College and
Duke University. Her family said she was involved in many organizations and
charities during her life.

Mrs. Lenoir was
preceded in death by her parents and her husband, James O. Lenoir.
Survivors include three sons, James S. Lenoir of Ridgeland, John C. Lenoir of
Madison and Robert Scott Lenoir of Greenville; one brother, Harold S. Mustin of
Jackson; one sister, Marguerite Trulson of Los Angeles; four grandchildren and
one great grandson.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, Jackson Chapter, 1380
Livingston Lane, Jackson, MS 39213; Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of America,
P.O. Box 631, Ridgeland, MS39158, or a favorite charity.
