In the will Zephaniah mentions his nephew Zephaniah Harrison, son of Josias Harrison; John Augustus Queen, son of Sarah Queen; his brother Grove in Kentucky; and his sister "Emealy" Ake in Juniata, Pennsylvania; Eliza Watts, daughter of Elizabeth Watts in Ann Arundel County; his late wife's sister's daughter Sarah Moberly daughter of Denton Moberly of Juniata; and Sophia Bivens, wife of Walter Bivens of Juniata. Walter Bivens and Joshua Todd were appointed as executors. Additionally Zephaniah mentioned a negro boy named Lott about twelve years of age, who he left to his nephew Zephaniah Harrison, son of Josias Harrison.
The plot of 100 acres known as "Hazard and Never Fear" was still in dispute in 1826:
