In the November 1844 Court session,
No. 219, appeared Thomas G. Trout, "the fourth son of said intestate",
(the first and second sons not appearing and the third appearing but refuses
to accept)". Thomas J. Trout and G.D. [Gideon] Troutfinally
did come to some agreement and signed on record number 220 in the same
November 1844 session to assume their father, John Trout's debts to the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and support their mother, Elizabeth
(Ake) Trout.
