He married Inez, she was born in 1878 and died in 1930. Sidney and Inez were living with her mother in the 1910 1st Ward, Battle Creek, Calhoun County, Michigan, ED# 31, sheet 4B in the 1910 Federal Census, address listed as 167 S. Jefferson Ave. (Sidney and Inez both stated that they had been married for 10 years, Inez stated that she had given birth to 2 children, 1 of whom was still living; her mother, Polly Jane Eldred, a widow, stated that she had given birth to 9 children, 8 of whom were still living):#110 112 Eldred, Polly Jane Head 75 New York New York New York none

(1.3.10.1.2) Donna Davis Thompson, was born in 1879, in Kalamazoo County, Michigan.
(1.3.10.1.3) Anna M. Davis, was born in October 1883 in Michigan (in the 1900 Federal Census, she was living with her grandparents after her mother died). She married Eugene Youngs, in about 1906, who was a boarder living just two households away from her grandparents, Frederick and Alice Roe in the 1900 census. Eugene was born in April 1880 and died in 1956. He is buried in Gilson Cemetery. Anna and Eugene were living with her grandmother, Alice Roe, a widow in the 1910 Federal Census of Climax Township, Kalamazoo County, Michigan, ED# 125, sheet 7B. Anna stated in 1910 that she had given birth to 1 child who was not living.
In the 1920 Federal Census of Climax Township, Kalamazoo County, Michigan, ED# 143, sheet 11B, Anna and Eugene had two sons: Merwyn R., age 9 and Carroll E., age 5. Eugene listed his occupation as a farmer.
In the 1930 Federal Census of Climax Township, Kalamazoo County, Michigan, ED# 7, sheet 5A, both boys were still at home. Merwin R., was now age 19 and Carroll E., was 16 years old. Eugene was working in an [unreadable] factory. Their two sons were:

(1.3.10.2) Saraphene Roe, born on 29 November 1858 and died on 30 November 1887. She is buried in Gilson Cemetery, in Climax Township, Michigan. She married Anson B. Carney in 1876. He was born in May 1850, in Kalamazoo County, Michigan and died in 1935. He is also buried in Gilson Cemetery. Their children were:
(1.3.10.2.1) Silas H. Carney, born June 1877, in Kalamazoo County, Michigan and died in 1934. He is buried in Gilson Cemetery. He married Meda, she was born in 1882 and died in 1965. Silas and Meda had two children in the 1920 Federal Census of Climax Township, Kalamazoo County, Michigan, ED# 143, sheet 10B: Clayton A., age 10 and June M., age 10 months.In the 1930 Federal Census of Climax Township, Kalamazoo County, ED# 8, sheet 6A, Silas was age 52, Meda, age 48. They had three children in 1930: Clayton, age 20; June A., age 10; and Marian F., a daughter, age 7. his father, Anson B., age 79, was also listed in the 1930 household. Their children were:

(1.3.10.2.1.3) Marian Carney, was born in about 1923 in Michigan.
(1.3.10.2.2) Julia Carney, born in January 1882, in Kalamazoo County, Michigan and died in 1946. She is buried in Gilson Cemetery. She married Volney E. Ramsdell in about 1903. He was born on 5 August 1879 and died in March 1971. In the 1910 Federal Census of Pavilion Township, Kalamazoo County, Michigan, ED# [unreadable] sheet 6A, they had 1 son, Willard, age 6. Volney listed his occupation as a mail carrier.
In 1920 Volney and Julia had relocated to Climax Township, their household listed the following children: Willard C., age 16; Harold E., age 8; Howard A., age 6; and twins Clara S. and Carrol H. both 1 year and 3 months old.

Rose Street (William and Edith booth stated that they had been married for 25 years; Edith stated that she had given birth to 3 living children; Lois and Leslie both stated that they had been married for 2 years; Lois stated that she had given birth to 1 living child):

(1.3.10.3.1) Floyd O. Roe, was born in about 1887 in Michigan. I could not locate Floyd in the 1920 census. In 1930 he was married and living in Climax Township, Kalamazoo County, Michigan, ED# 8, sheet 3A. His wife Ethel M., age 39 and his in-laws, James and Mary Day, ages 72 and 71 respectively were also listed in the 1930 household. They had no children in 1930, Floyd listed his occupation as farmer (I did go back and look for James and Mary Day in the 1920 census, there were listed in Climax Township, their daughter Ethel was single and listed in the 1920 household).(1.3.10.3.2) Leslie Roe, was born in about 1888 in Michigan. From the 1910 census (above) he had at least one daughter by his first wife, Lois:
(1.3.10.3.2.1) Marian Roe, was born in about 1909 in Michigan.I could not locate Leslie in 1920. By 1930 he and his second wife, Nellie, age 35, born in Michigan, were living at Gourdneck Lake, in Portage Township, Kalamazoo County, Michigan, ED# 48, sheet 13B. Leslie again stated that he was employed as a machinist, Nellie was a bookkeeper for a window company. They had two sons in 1930: Wayne, age 10, and Robert, age 3 years and 10 months. Leslie's mother-in-law, Nellie's mother, Kedah Corey, a widow, age 65 was also listed in their 1930 household. Their two sons through 1930 were:(1.3.10.3.2.2) Wayne Roe, was born in about 1920 in Michigan.

(1.3.10.4) Frederick Deo "Deo" Roe, born in October 1872, in Kalamazoo County, Michigan and died in 1941. He is buried in Harrison Cemetery, in Climax Township, Michigan. He married Lucinda "Cinda" Harrison, in about 1902, she was born on 4 September 1872, in Climax Township, Kalamazoo County, Michigan and died in October 1936, in Climax, Michigan. She is also buried in Harrison Cemetery. Lucinda was the daughter of Garrett Harrison and Eleanor Jones, the granddaughter of (15.4) Joseph William Harrison II and Lydia Ann Roe. Lydia was a sister of Deo's grandfather, Jeremiah Roe II. Their son was (from the 1910-1930 censuses):
