The second will of Owen W. Harrison,
filed in Kalamazoo County:
“KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That I Owen W. Harrison, of Prairie Ronde Township, Kalamazoo County, Michigan, being of sound mind, memory, and understanding; but recognizing the uncertainties of this life, do hereby make, publish and declare this instrument as and for my Last Will and Testament and provide as follows:FIRST; I direct that all my just debts, including funeral and burial expenses and expense of administering my estate, be first paid.
SECOND; I give, devise and bequeath unto my wife Iva V. Harrison the share of my estate which she as my wife would inherit under the Statutes of distribution for the State of Michigan.
THIRD; I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate of every name, nature and description and wheresoever the same may be situated unto my son Clare S. Harrison to be his absolutely forever.
LASTLY; I hereby nominate and appoint, Frank S. Weston, of Kalamazoo, Michigan as executor of this my last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal at Kalamazoo, Michigan this 12th day of September A.D. 1935."Owen W. Harrison
