The first will of Owen W. Harrison,
filed in Kalamazoo County Michigan:
“I, Owen W. Harrison, of Kalamazoo County, Michigan, being of sound and disposing mind and memory and above the age of twenty-one years, make, publish and declare this instrument as and for my last will and testament and provide as follows:I. I direct that all my just debts, expenses of last sickness, funeral and burial expenses and costs of administering my estate be first paid out of my estate.
II. I give and bequeath to my son, Clare S. Harrison, the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) to be his absolutely forever.
III. All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real, personal and mixed, wherever situated and to which I am in law and equity entitled at the time of my decease, I give, devise and bequeath to my sister, Emma Longwell, of Kalamazoo, Michigan, to be hers absolutely forever.
IV. I hereby revoke and make void all and every will by me ay any time heretofore made.
V. I hereby nominate and appoint John W. Adams, of Kalamazoo, Michigan the executor of this will and of my estate.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 6th day of August, A.D. 1931."
