The purpose of this website is to promote use of the Maughan Surname Mail List and genealogy research into the Maughan family lines for both serious and casual researchers.

The Maughan Mail List was established for the discussion and sharing of genealogical information between individuals researching the Maughan surname and related surnames (i.e Maugham, Maughon, Mowen) anywhere and anytime. The mailing list and this website are hosted courteousy of Rootsweb.
