WOLFCHILD v. UNITED STATES
United States Court of Federal Claims National Courts Building Washington, D.C. |
| |
LAWSUIT BACKGROUND
On August 24, 2006, 263 lineal descendants of Madaline Rocque through her daughter Josephine Rocque were added to the Amended 3rd Complaint (Wolfchild v. United States) by Mohrman & Kaardal.
All lineal descendants of Madaline Rocque through her daughter Mathilda and a few other lineal descendants through Josephine Rocque could not locate sufficient documentation to qualify with Mohrman & Kaardal.
They are being represented by other counsel and have been accepted as intervenors in the lawsuit.
I have not yet been able to determine the status of lineal descendants of Madaline Rocque through her son Felix Rocque.
On August 20, 2007, the final list of descendants represented by MKLaw are listed on the amended 5TH complaint.
No one can be added to the final list except for those who can show good cause for not being added, i.e., newborns after August 20, 2007.
Whoever is determined BY THE COURT as bonifide lineal descendants will be awarded damages.
The Judge for the Court of Federal Claims has ruled in plaintiffs favor for monetary damage up to 1980.
The "who, when, and how much" outcome is still a while away.
