County Indicator says Blytheville is a Historical place. In 1838 Judge John C. Cox built a store on Turkey Creek and named

the store and office Blytheville in honor of Billy Blythe. The post office was discontinued in 1872.

Living on the farm next to John Harris was John Morris and family (Richard’s brother).
