      Henry Micholls was also known as Hirsch Nicholls 'of Dercham.^2,3' He was born in 1728; and has been described as being 'of Dereham' in Norfolk.^4,5 He married Grenendla (Rachael) Mapthali circa 1773.⁶ Henry Micholls and Grenendla (Rachael) Mapthali are recorded to have had six children: Leah, Henry, Anne, Edward Emanuel, Solomon and Sarah.^6,5 Henry Micholls died on 14 July 1813.⁵
