     Peter Arthur Philbrook was born circa 1923 at Australia. He was the son of Arthur Ernest Philbrook and Sabina Hyde.¹ Peter Arthur Philbrook died on 26 April 1968 at Sydney, New South Wales Australia; and his death was recorded in New South Wales.^1,2 He was the subject of an obituary in the Sydney Morning Herald which described him as late of Greenacre on 27 April 1968.²

     Joan C Philbrook was born circa 1918 at Australia. She was the daughter of Arthur Ernest Philbrook and Sabina Hyde.¹ Joan C Philbrook died in 1927 at Canterbury, New South Wales Australia; of Scarlet fever and her death was recorded at New South Wales in that year.^1,2

     David Arthur Philbrook was born on 14 April 1926 at Sydney, New South Wales Australia.^2,3 He was the son of Arthur Ernest Philbrook and Sabina Hyde.¹ David Arthur Philbrook enlisted in the Australian Army in World War II at Paddington, New South Wales; he gave his father Arthur as his next of kin, with Service Number N479253 and the National Archives of Australia hold item 6154595 in the Citizen's Military Forces Personnel Dossiers Series for this period on 5 May 1944.^4,3 He was Discharged from the Australian Army and his posting at Discharge was 31/51 Australian Infantry Battalion on 29 January 1947.⁴ He married Vera Elaine Wynn in 1967 at Australia.² David Arthur Philbrook died on 22 October 1973 at Hornsby, New South Wales Australia, at age 47; and his death was announced in the Sydney Morning Herald two days later stating he was 'late of Berowra, formerly of Mannering Park.^1,5'
