Testing the Blogger installation!
I'm now using Blogger to update this page. It will make the process somewhat easier and will help to organize the archives, I hope. Former posts can still be viewed at: Prior to April 7, 2007 which is also located on the sidebar.
New features include the ability for you to post comments on the entries. In the near future, you will be able to subscribe to the entries (see the Atom link on the bottom of the sidebar). This feature doesn't currently work and I'm trying to figure out why...
In the meantime, you can actually subscribe to the Asa feed by pointing your RSS/Atom reader to the following URL: http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/~mabgenealogy/asa.html
If you are confused by the whole RSS/Atom thing, try reviewing this site.
One easy way to subscribe is to create a personalized homepage on Google. Then, just add the URL above to your page. Every time you visit the page, you will see the titles of recent entries. You can add other features to the personalized site, like your local weather or feeds from other sites you visit frequently (i.e. newspapers). This will consolidate your web surfing so you only have to view pages when they have new content!
Enjoy!
