This appears to be a picture of Sarah "Sally" Grices
sister and was mailed to Sally in Texas.
Says on back "Elwina Cochran age 21 made just
before her marriage." She would have been 21 in 1898.
Need verification that Manerva Elvira Cochran name
really is Manerva Elwina Cochran.
