The Polish Genealogy HomePage:  by Rafal Prinke, includes genealogy links and resources, also has a list of surnames with corresponding email addresses for those researching the name

Rymut’s Volumes Online:  This is a great site, it is an alphabetical listing of Polish surnames & their frequency in 1990.  To use:  click on “Slownika Nazwisk Wspolczesnie w Polsce Uzywanych,” enter the surname in the box (note, diacritical marks are necessary, so just cut & paste the Polish letters as needed from the website), hit enter or click “szukaj” to search.  You can enter the whole name, or just the first few letters.  The results page will list the surname, the frequency for the entire country, and then the breakdown for each province.  If you click on “tutaj sznajduja sie objasnienie skrotkow” a pop up window will open to give the full name of the province for each of the two letter codes on the results page.

Szlachta Wielkopolska – Nobility of Greater Poland:  Genealogical data for numerous noble Poles, divided by surname.
