Massachusetts:

Suffolk County:  One of the original Counties, it was formed in 1643 from the Massachusetts Bay Colony. 

Norfolk County: Formed in 1793 from Suffolk County

Weymouth:  Established in 1630 as Wessaguscus, name
changed in 1635 to Weymouth..  Part of Suffolk Co. in 1643
and made part of Norfolk Co., in 1793.
Plymouth County: Formed in 1685 from parts of New Plymouth Colony, along with Barnstable and Bristol Counties.

Hingham:  Originally "Barecove" (1634), name changed to
Hingham in Sept. 1635.  Part of New Plymouth Colony until
1685 when Plymouth Co. was organized.
Hampshire County:  Located in western Massachusetts, it was formed in 1662 from Middlesex County.  Berkshire, Franklin and Hampden Counties were later formed from parts of Hampshire County.

Cummington:  Part of Plantation Number Five (1762
Township) the town was established in June 1779.  In 1785, Plainfield was established as a town of it's own off of Cummington's land.  Always part of Hampshire Co.

Plainfield:  In 1785 the Plainfield District was incorporated
from part of Cummington.  The Town of Plainfield was incorporated in 1807.

Ohio:

Geauga County: Located in far north-eastern Ohio, it was
formed in 1806 from Trumball County.

Chester Twp.:  Located in Geauga Co.  Many settlers
from Massachusetts and New York migrated to the area
in the 1820's to 1830's.

Cuyahoga County: Located in far north-eastern Ohio, on the shores of Lake Erie, it was formed in 1808 from Geauga
County.

East Cleveland:  Part of Cuyahoga Co., it is a suburb of

Michigan:

Allegan Co.:  Located in south-western Michigan, it was formed in 1831 from Kalamazoo Co. 

Dorr/Moline:  Both of these villages are located in north-eastern Dorr Township.
