Joseph Douglas Mercer was the only son of Hobart Lee & Charlotte Jane "Lottie" Jones Mercer. Joseph was born January 14, 1948 in Butler County, Hamilton,Ohio and died January 19, 1948, cause of death born prematurly. Grandparents are Joseph Hayes & Tennessee "Dykes" Mercer & Isham Bailas & Sarah "Sallie" Elizabeth "Mullins" Dykes.
