Rachel was born May 27, 1889 in Whitley County. Kentucky and died March 31, 1973 in Pulaski County,Kentucky, daughter of Peter "Pete" & Margaret "Peg" Elizabeth "Jones" Hinkle. Rachel married Plano B. Denham November 24, 1912 in Pulaski County, Somerset, Kentucky. Plano was born August 20, 1898 in Kentucky and died January 30, 1940 in Pulaski County, Kentucky. Rachel is the granddaughter of Pvt. James Madison Sr. Hinkle & Delia "Dilley" Davis &Step Grandmother Mary "Polly" Taylor Hinkle.
