This picture taken in roughly 1947 or 1948. Lillie Lee "Spurgeon" passed away in December 28, 1946 in Highland County, laid to rest in Hillsboro Cemetery, Highland County, Hillsboro, Ohio. Joseph Albert (GrandDad) joined Lillie Lee in the burial plot in 1962 after passing away February 10th. Picture was taken at Charles and Esther Siders home on Prospect Pike in Highland County, Ohio. GrandDad was the one who enjoyed having the Siders Family Reunions every year.
Then in July 2001 Josephine Elizabeth (Betty) "Siders: Edinger and her 1st cousin Junita "Garen" Smart held the 1st Siders Reunion in 53 years, and having them ever since, then in 2002 & 2003 Ernest Darwin (Ernie) & Jo Anne "Turner" Siders where the cordinators then in 2004 & 2005 Jay Richard & Lisa Fay "Hinkle" Siders and Vicky Lynn "Siders" Couch have been the cordinaters. The last 3 years been having the reunion in the Old Belfast School on 2024 State Rt 73 South, Highland County, Hillsboro, Ohio (Belfast Community}.
Want to give (HUGE THANKS) to Nancy (Cluff) Siders wife to William Dale Siders "Smokey Bear now Bill" he is the little fellow standing in the picture front row for helping to identify the Siders in the picture. Gladys "Faye" (Smittle) Siders took this picture also Esther (Long Fels) Siders is not in this picture so she probably taking pictures or attending to a child..
