Effie Anna "Annie" was born June 23, 1902 in Highland County,Ohio and died September 20, 2001 at home in Clinton County, Sabina,Ohio and laid to rest at Hillsboro Cemetery, Highland County, Hillsboro,Ohio, married Gilbert Earl Caplinger November 30, 1922. Annie's sister Chloe Evelyn was born August 28, 1903 in Highland County, Ohio and died June 22, 1979 in Highland County,Ohio laid to rest in Coss Cemetery, Highland County, Hillsboro, Ohio next to her mother Mary Etta "Maxwell" Siders and her brother George Rebert Siders. Chloe never married she decided at a young age to take care of her family. Chloe worked up at Litts Brothers in Hillsboro,Ohio for many years she was still working up to her death. Effie Anna & Chloe Evelyn are the daughters of Joseph Albert & Mary Etta "Maxwell" Siders,& Grandparents John William & Drusilla "Clark" Siders and Thomas Auguasta & Phoebe "Roberds" Maxwell, picture taken in 1904
