Sarah Catherine was born March 29, 1857 in Knox County, Kentucky and died June 13, 1944 In Nodaway County, Hopkins, Missouri, Sarah is laid to rest in High Prairie Cemetery in Elmo, Missouri. Sarah is the daughter of Thomas & Permelia Ann "Hinkle" Horn. Sarah married William T. Corum July 22, 1871 in Knox County, Kentucky. William T. Corum was born November 13, 1848 in Knox County, Kentucky, and died September 22, 1889, son of James & Sarah "Sally" Fortney Corum. Sarah is the granddaughter of William Hinkle and Susannah Treadway and Step Granddaughter of Anna Louisa "Hacker" Hinkle William's 2nd wife. Thomas was born 1820 in Knox County, Kentucky and died July 11, 1866 in Knox County, Kentucky, son of Christopher & Elizabeth Horn. Permelia Ann 'Hinkle" Horn was born August 25, 1865 near Williamsburg, Whitley County,Kentucky and died September 14, 1912 in Knox County, Kentucky, married Thomas on September 30, 1850 in Knox County,Kentucky, daughter of William Hinkle & Susannah Treadway. Picture was taken in the 1930's, picture was given to me by Cecil Tapey's Sarah's Great Grandson, Cecil's Grandparents Thomas William & Lucina "Lulu" Melissa "Baker" Corum, Cecil's parents Everett Paul & Vera Inez "Corum" Tapey. The words Great Great Grandmother on the picture is of Cecil & Mary's children. Have a birth year of Sarah's mother {Permeila Ann "Hinkle" Horn} born the year of 1832 or 1834 and no death date has ever been found according to Mary Ann Tapey e-mail address is cematapey@aol.com. Anthony Jacob HENCKEL/HINKLE & Marie Elizabeth Dentzer.
