Jonas LOXTON b. circa 1623 married Joanne Mills b. Wells circa 1643. (married 1663 Wells)

 Samuel Loxton b circa 1664; Elizabeth b circa 1671; Rebecca b. circa 1675 all born Wells.
Samuel LOXTON b. circa 1664 married Anstis Somerton b circa 1678 Wells  (married 1701 Wells)
Children were:
 Jonas Loxton b. circa 1702; Christopher b. 1706. both born Wells.
Christopher LOXTON b. 1706 married Edith Green b. circa 1706 Wells (married 1727 Wells)
Children were:
 John Loxton b. 1728 West Horrington; 
 James b. circa 1732 Pilton;
 Elizabeth b. circa 1735 Pilton;
 Martha b. circa 1737 Pilton;
 Mary b. circa 1739 Pilton;
 Samuel b. circa 1743 Pilton.
Samuel LOXTON b. circa 1743 married Mary Joyce b. circa 1760 Wells.
Children included:
 Joseph LOXTON who married Rosamund Clark (alias Chislet) 1782.
Stephen Chisslet LOXTON was their son, born 1830 Wells and my gt gt grandfather.
