HUSBAND NOTES: Still Living. WIFE NOTES: Obituary, April 30, 1994: Mrs. Ruth L. Phillips, 66, of 1999 Walters Road, died today, Saturday, April 30, 1994, at home. She was the wife of [Living]. She was a member and past president of the ladies auxiliary of Leroy O. Buck Post 7863, Veterans of Foreign Wars, DuBoistown. She was also a member and past president of the Military Order of the Cootie Auxiliary of the Pup Tent No. 10., and of the ladies auxiliary of VFW District 15. She was a past grand president to the Grand Pennsylvania Moca. She retired from Liberty Mutual Insurance Co. Born Dec. 29, 1927, in Jersey Shore, she ws a daughter of Oscar and Minnie Duttin Marshal. Surviving besides her husband are four sons, [Living] and [Living], [Living], and [Living]; three daughters, [Living], [Living], and [Living]; four sisters, [Living], [Living], [Living], and Bertha Mays of Avis, and 12 grandchildren. There will be no services and no visitation. Arrangements are being handled by Spitler's 733 Broad St., Montoursville.
