Descriptions of locations for the records, on the previous page.
This file Includes maps for NC (North Carolina) the West-side, TN (Tennessee) Roane Co. (County), McMinn Co., Monroe Co., and MO (Missouri), Greene Co., Springfield, and Republic.
LOL: When I first started researching genealogy, the abbreviation ‘Co.’ looked like ‘Company’ to me. So, naturally, I though we were descended from some ‘quite wealthy’ people! Such is certainly not true. What is true**is that our BR*N ancestors (and our Great Grandmother families) were people who migrated, and then migrated some more. Our longest stay was two generations in MO. Hence my interest in migration routes superseded my interest in exploring ‘Greene Companies’ and ‘McMinn Companies.’
Additionally, all of the locations described on this page are specific for this one line of ancestors. So my words, "possible migrations paths of only two (again, LOL)," are amended in the text for the first map, as a reminder, and is assumed for all the other locations either shown or described as BR*N migrations.
