NOTES:
From Marianne:
Anna Gertraud Schneider - I found three possibles, one born 3 Apr 1701, Ballen Germany with parents Johann Dieterich Schneider, b abt 1662 of Hachenburg, Hessen-Nassau, Preussen, m 1684/Anna Maria Dunschmann, b 1664, of Wolferlingen, Germany (that one sounds best). Then there is one b Aug 1703 Huttengesass, Hessen-Nassau, Prussia, and another b Jun 1701 prob Birnbach, Germany (in the Westerald). Other members of the family moved to Old Dutch Church, Kingston, Ulster, NY by Apr 1715. Father was Johann Wilhelm Schneider, and mom was Anna Catharina.

Gertraudt - w/o Pitter Dunschmann from Obberhattercth,
and Johannes Schneyder from Steinebach (Altstadt/Hachenburg

d/o of Johann Dieterich Schneider, who md. Esias

DOTY LINE
"Although it has been impossible to establish a clear connection of the following Dotys with Edward Doty, who came to this country on the Mayflower in 1620 and died in Plymouth, Massachusetts, August 23, 1655, the unusualness of the name and the circumstances (location especially) of these Doty's make it almost certain that these Doty's are direct descendants of Edward Doty of the Mayflower.
"The family lived in the town of Austerlitz, Columbia Co., N.Y. and in the cemetery at Green river, in that town, some of the family are buried and their tombstones may furnish some information.
WILLIAM DOTY
"His grandchildren could give no further information than his name. He had at least two children:
1. William, of whom further
2. Joseph, of whom nothing further is known.
