Shreve, Benjamin (b. ABT 1709)
Note: NOTE: Name Benjamin Shreve came from ancestry.com's Ancestry World Tree Viewer under the pedigree of Joseph Archer, Jr., as of 26 Jul 2000.
CONFLICT: Brian Smead, bsmead@gte.net, on 13 Nov 2000 writes:
"... you have the parent's of Sarah Shreve, wife of Joseph Archer, as
Benjamin Shreve and Rebecca French. Granted, they did have a daughter named
Sarah however she was born 18 Oct 1744, (source, Quacker records). Our Sarah
married Joseph Archer in 1755, which would of put her at age 11 when married
if her parents were Benjamin and Rebecca. Also, the Sarah of Benjamin and
Rebecca was married 3 time to David Scattered, Joseph Beck, and John Nixon.

Chronister, Daniel (b. 1801, d. 1870/1873)
Note: BIOGRAPHY: Notes on the Family of Johannes Chronister 1708-1782 by Gary Chronister, 1983, p 30;
DANIEL CHRONISTER the second son of Johannes and Catherine (Oberholtzer) Chronister was born in the year 1801 in Reading Township, Adams County, Pennsylvania. It appears that Daniel left home at an early age sometime in the 1820's and migrated to the state of Ohio where he was found living in Greene County in 1840. In or about 1834 he was married to MARGARET who was born in France in 1813. They were the parents o f [7 children listed].
In the late 1840's Daniel and his family moved from Green County, Ohio to Deercreek Township of Miami County, Indiana where he spent the remainder of his life. It appears that after Daniel left Pennsylvania he was no longer in contact with the rest of his famil since he was not mentioned in his father's will in 1841. In 1870 he was living in Washington Township of Miami County at the age of 68 and died sometime between then and 1873 when his wife Margaret died at the age of 60.
Death: 1870/1873 Washington, Miami, Indiana
