Note: BIOGRAPHY: Notes on the Family of Johannes Chronister 1708-1782 by Gary Chronister, 1983, p 46;
GEORGE CHRONISTER the eldest son of Casper and Maria Helena Chronister was born in the year 1801 in Reading Township, Adams County, Pennsylvania. Sometime between 1820 and 1830 George was married but the name of his wife can not be found. At the time of the 1830 US. Census George and his wife were living alone in Juinta Township of Perry County, Pa., which is just the the north of Adams and Cumberland Counties. It appears that George died somtime in the 1830's but it is not known if his death occurred before or after the family moved to Ohio in 1934. In 1830 George had no children and therefore it is assumed that he left no descendants.
