Ira H. Harrison

Ira was born March 16, 1840 in Cadiz, Harrison, Ohio to George Washington Harrison and Huldah Scamp,
being the eldest of 6 children. On May 23, 1858 he married Margaret Jane Erwin in Effingham Co., Illinois,
at the age of 18. Together they had 9 children, all born in Moccasin, Effington, Illinois. He passed away
on Oct. 21, 1910 in McCook, Red Willow, Nebraska, at the age of 70.
