My hobbies are #1 genealogy, also quilting and I love to walk. My husband and I also like to travel. Our children have lived in various parts of the world so we have had great opportunities to see their surroundings. In fact in January or February we are planning a trip to Singapore to see that part of the world. |

I got hooked on the genealogy bug trying to find some answers to questions my mother had about her grandfather, George Berthier. That was about 15 years ago and I can't shake the disease. |

At present I am a teacher but in 8 months time I will be a retired teacher with more time to spend on research. I am also the organist for the St. Hyacinth's Church in D'Escousse, and a member of the newly formed CWL . |

I am researching the Berthier family but have come to the crunch where I will probably have to go back to France to find out more. When I retire I will be happy if I can to this! Rosemary |
