
| William Greer was born on 23rd April 1843 at Tievenagh
Townland, Artrea Parish He lived there until a dispute with his step-cousin Mary Ann Carson forced him to sell the farm to pay the costs. He moved to poorer farming land at Tamlaght, Kildress in 1899. He took out a morgage for £75 to buy the farm. He died in 1920 and the farm passed to Frederick Greer. |
