Bill Bowman was the father of my children's father. (My first husband) He was born in Mt. Vernon, Kentucky, the child of Frankie C. Hiatt and Charles J. Bowman. He is buried in Hemet, California. Bill died when my son was just nine months old; my daughter never knew this grandfather. Buried with Bill is his wife, Ruth Marjorie Hall Bowman, however, her name is not yet on the headstone. Ruth was born in Bellefontaine, Ohio, the second child of Allan Thurman Hall and Wilda May Wright Lee Hall. Ruth died in Riverside, California on July 21, 1994, just 8 days short of her 74th birthday.
