Sarah C. Auxer Albright

Sarah Auxer Albright was the daughter of Clara E. Ward and Jacob Axer. The Biographical Annals of Lancaster County, Pensylvania had kind words about Sarah in her advanced years. She was said to be kind of heart, contributed generously to the poor and needy, and never turned anyone away from her door. She and I have the Moravian faith in common ~ I feel a real kinship to this woman! She would have been a distant cousin of mine. Her obituary appeared in the Lancaster Daily Intelligencer on Friday, November 9, 1906.
