This branch of the Bowman family is buried in Rockcastle County, Kentucky. They are my ex-husband's direct ancestry and he shared the pictures he took in 2004 with me. This family research is being done for the sake of my children. My gratitude goes to my ex-husband for helping me in this endeavor.

The Bowman stone above is in Elmwood Cemetery in Mt. Vernon. It marks the final resting place of Squire F., Ida F. and Dwight Bowman. Squire would have been my ex-father-in-law's Uncle. The headstone of Rhoda Bowman, my ex-husband's great-great-grandmother was found in Rosehill Cemetery in Rockcastle County. Mary Bowman, his great-grandmother, and Charles W. Bowman, his grandfather are both buried in Oak Hill Cemetery in Mt. Vernon. Pictures of their headstones are below:
