Judy Ann Carvell

Mary Hyle and Joseph Britton Carvell's eleventh child was Elmer. Elmer and his wife had three known children, one of them being Cloyd. Cloyd was the grandfather of Judy Ann Carvell whose obituary follows. It appeared in The Evening News, Harrisburg, on July 15, 1992.

SELINSGROVE Judy Ann Carvel, 42, of 615 S. Market St., Selinsgrove, died Monday at her parents' home. She worked as a loom operator for the Susquehanna Division of the Federation of the Blind, attended the Church of the Nazarene and Overbrook School for the Blind in Philadelphia. Surviving are her parents, Charles E. and Virginia I. Carvell of Selinsgrove; three sisters, Connie Trelinski of Selinsgrove, Vivian Carvell of Coudersport and Betty Carvell of Winfield; maternal grandmother, Rae Moyer of Mifflintown; and nephews, nieces, cousins, aunts and uncles. Services will be held at 11 a.m. today in Seebold Funeral Home. Burial will be in West Side Cemetery, Shamokin Dam. There will be no viewing or visitation. Memorial contributions may be made to Evangelical Community Hospital, Hospice Program, Hospital Drive, Lewisburg 17837.
