A copy of these inscriptions was given to Phoebe Ann Jane Carvell Bolton by J. Edgar Carvell, son of Cyrus, who had the Bible in his possession. He lived in Williamsport, Pennsylvania and died in the mid 1950's. Since his widow relocated to the Baltimore, Maryland area shortly after his death, the Bible has disappeared.
