Not too much is known of this woman or her husband. In an effort to tie the Auxers in Pennsylvania to one common immigrant, we came across this headstone. There were three different Elizabeths that married Oxors in the Big Springs Presbyterian Church. They are as follows:

Oxor, John and Elizabeth Roberts, married 4 November 1817
Oxor, George and Elizabeth Stewart, married 7 October 1819 and
Oxer, George and Elizabeth Harland, married 29 March 1825.

This headstone sits in an area all by itself. There are no headstones on either side of it and no headstones in the front or back of it. There is no way to tell which one of two Elizabeths this may have been.

The headstone reads as follows:

Born Oct. 2, 1796
Died April 11, 1845
