Beatrice I. Carvell, 79, of Richfield RR1, died Wednesday evening, September 8, 1993 at Sunbury Community Hospital. She was born in Monroe township, Juniata County, December 9, 1913, the daughter of the late Irvin and Maude (Fisher) Swartz. She married Ray J. Carvell June 11, 1936.
She was a retired employee of the Richfield Shirt Manufacturing Co.
She was a member of Richfield United Methodist Church.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by three daughters: Joan E. Carvell of Richfield RR1; Clara K. Page of Richfield RR1; and Rita R. Cluck of Richfield RR1.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Millard, and a sister Naomi Carvell.
Burial was made in the Richfield Union Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, friends are asked to make donations to the American Heart Association at 228 S. Russell Ave., Williamsport, PA 17701, or to the charity of the donor's choice.
Funeral arrangements were made by the George P. Garman Funeral Home, Mt. Plesant Mills.
