All that part of the Township of Ford which comprises part of the Ecclesiastical District of the Chapelry of Hylton Chapel,
bounded on the West by the Township of Offerton, on the north by the River Wear,
on the east by a road leading from the Ferry Boat Landing to Chester Road, and on the south by the Township of Silksworth - including that part of the village of South Hylton which lies within the aforesaid Boundry,
and a Farm occupied by Launcelot Hutchinson.
