Sarah Hahn

First Generation

 

1.  Sarah HAHN was born about 1775 in Lincoln, Catawba, North Carolina, United States.  She died in 1844 in Bartholomew Co., Ind.. 

They moved to Indiana in 1813.

 

Sarah HAHN and Henry (Reep) REAP were married about 1805 in Lincoln (Catawba County), North Carolina.  Henry (Reep) REAP was born in 1770 in Lincoln, Catawba, North Carolina.  He died Drowning in 1816 in Clark Co., IN.  IGI says Harry's surname is Reed.  Sarah HAHN and Henry (Reep) REAP had the following children:

 

                             i.   Unknown REAP was born about 1806.  He died in 1816 in Clark Co., IN.  Drowned with his father

          2               ii.   Hannah REAP, born in 1808, Lincoln, Catawba, North Carolina; married Alexander BLAKKATER, on 7 Jun 1825, Bartholomew Co., Ind.; died before Civil War.

          3              iii.   Moses REAP, born in 1810, Lincoln (Catawba County), North Carolina; married Elizabeth STUCKEY, on 9 Dec 1838, Bartholomew Co., Ind.; died before Civil War.

          4              iv.   Anna REAP, born about 1812, Lincoln, Catawba, North Carolina; married Owen GRIFFITH, on 16 Nov 1833, Bartholomew Co., Ind.; died between 1890 and 1900, Bartholomew Co., Ind..

          5               v.   John H. REEP, born on 3 Sep 1814, Clark Co., IN; married Tilitha Jane CARNEY, on 27 Jan 1846; died after 1876, Columbus, Bartholomew Co., Indiana.

 

 

 

Second Generation

 

2.  Hannah REAP[1] (Sarah HAHN-1) was born in 1808 in Lincoln, Catawba, North Carolina.  She died before Civil War.  Died before the Civil War in Bartholomew Co., Ind.

 

Hannah REAP and Alexander BLAKKATER were married on 7 Jun 1825 in Bartholomew Co., Ind..  Alexander BLAKKATER was born in 1798 in Virginia.  He died in after 1850 census..  Died after 1850 census.

 

 

3.  Moses REAP[2] (Sarah HAHN-1) was born in 1810 in Lincoln (Catawba County), North Carolina.  He died before Civil War. 

Died before the Civil War in Bartholomew Co., Ind.

Moses REAP and Elizabeth STUCKEY were married on 9 Dec 1838 in Bartholomew Co., Ind..  Elizabeth STUCKEY was born.

 

 

4.  Anna REAP[3] (Sarah HAHN-1) was born about 1812 in Lincoln, Catawba, North Carolina.  She died between 1890 and 1900 in Bartholomew Co., Ind..

Anna REAP and Owen GRIFFITH were married on 16 Nov 1833 in Bartholomew Co., Ind..  Anna was his second wife.  Owen GRIFFITH[4] was born about 1800.

 

 

5.  John H. REEP (Sarah HAHN-1) was born on 3 Sep 1814 in Clark Co., IN.  He died after 1876 in Columbus, Bartholomew Co., Indiana.  A newspaper clipping is not dated but thought to be between 1890 and  1900. He and his wife, Tilitha Jane Carney, are both buried at  Harmony Cemetery.  [NEED TO DEFINE SENTENCE: Buried]  John probably died around 1890-1890

 

John H. REEP and Tilitha Jane CARNEY were married on 27 Jan 1846.  Tilitha Jane CARNEY was born on 18 Dec 1824 in Jennings Co., Ind..  She died on 9 Feb 1865 in Bartholomew Co., Ind.. 

She and John are buried in Harmony Cemetery. 

 

Both are buried at Harmony Cemetery.
