Evans of Denbighshire, Lancashire and Yorkshire | |
Joseph Edward Evans, born in Thornaby, Yorkshire, September 10, 1886, died in Ormond Beach, Volusia County, Florida, March 1968. He immigrated to Canada, where he met Madge Porter. They had two children, while living in Toronto, and Hamilton, Ontario. In 1922, the family broke apart. Both children were given up for adoption, though the son was subsequently reunited with his mother a few months later. The other child, a young girl, was adopted. We wonder how that little girl's life turned out, and ook forward to the day where we meet someone who can answer that question. |
