MR. JOHN LEFEVERS
Mr. John Lefevers, age 76, of Route 3, Pineville, passed away Tuesday,
December 9, 1975, at the Pineville Community Hospital following a long
illness.
He was born November 13, 1898, in Bell County, Ky., and was the
son of the late Tip Lefevers and Susian Elliot Lefevers(sic).
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Kittren Lefevers of Pineville,
Ky., four children, Ms. Ruth Lefevers of Jackson, Miss., Mr. Ralph Lefevers
of Pennington Gap, Va., Mrs. Maurine (Tootsie) Mills and Mrs. June Mays,
both of Dortons Branch, Ky.;11 grandchildren, five great-granchildren.
The funeral services will be held Friday, Dec. 12, at the Durham
Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. W.B. Bingham and Rev. Melvin Sulfridge offficiating.
Music will be provided by Jimmy Jackson and Dickie Siler.
Interment will be in the Pineville Memorial Cemetery.
The family is now receiving friends at the Durham Funeral Home
Chapel.
