The above gif image is of a souvenir Ribbon/Name Badge, given to attendees of the 8th Wing Family Reunion held in Albany, N. Y. in August, 1914.  This was probably collected by Mary Thankful Wing;s Daughter, Ida Georgianna Robbins, who attended Wing Reunions, and whose family picture was included as a frontispiece in a copy of the "Owl" around that time.  It is silk.   The name Daniel, I think, refers to a member of the family from whom she is descended.
