     Nancy M. Cole married Greenville D. Grizzard on 4 December 1834.¹

     John Covington married Mary Haines.¹ John died between 17 November 1817 and February 1818 in Rockingham Co., North Carolina.¹

     Margaret L. Covington was born on 25 December 1784 in Rockingham Co., North Carolina.¹ She married John Hill, son of John Hill, on 6 January 1800 in Rockingham Co., North Carolina.² Margaret died on 28 January 1873 in Davidson Co., Tennessee, at age 88.¹
     

     On 13 April 1871 Margaret applied for a pension based on John Hill's service in the War of 1812. The pension was based on the Act of 14 February 1871 and was available to those soldiers and widows of soldiers who remained loyal to the Union during the Civil War. Her application was witnessed by her grandchildren, Georgie S. Goodwin and W. L. Hunt. Neighbors Henry Compton and Thomas McCrory made statements about knowing the Hills since 1809.

     Margaret in a statement quoted from the Family Bible, "John Hill was born in Rockingham County North Carolina May 29, 1782 and married to margaret (sic) Covington June 6, 1800 who was born December 25, 1784. They removed to the State of Tennessee December 1809."

     On 18 January 1873, Margaret's pension of $8.00 per month was approved commencing February 14, 1871, the date of the Act. Margaret died 28 January 1873. Her last payment and probably only payment was mailed February 1, 1873 in Nashville. Margaret probably never saw a cent of her pension and it most likely went to her daughter Margaret Catherine Hunt.

     Margaret L. Hill was listed at age 67, born in North Carolina, as a member of the household of John Hill in Davidson Co., Tennessee, in the Census of 1850, enumerated 3 September 1850.³

     In the Census of 1860, enumerated 4 June 1860, Margaret L. Hill was listed as a head of household in 11th Civil District, Davidson Co., Tennessee. She was listed at age 77, with real estate value of $6,700 and personal estate value of $3,500, born in North Carolina. Also enumerated in the household: John Porterfield Hill.⁴

     Nancy Covington married Unknown Auston.¹

     Polly Covington married Unknown Hopper.¹

     Melvin George Cox was born on 30 May 1808 in Tennessee.¹ He married Elizabeth Ann Bumpass, daughter of William Bumpass and Elizabeth Billings, on 29 August 1831 in Tennessee.² Melvin died circa 14 September 1876 in Memphis, Shelby Co., Tennessee.¹

     Johnny Crimmons married Margaret Ann Quinn before 1872.¹

     John Pendleton Dallas was born circa 1836 in Texas.¹ He married Mary Frances Deane, daughter of Jabez Deane and Mary Jane Hill, on 18 December 1855 in Washington Co., Texas.¹

     Nancy Daniel was born on 18 January 1819 in North Carolina.¹ She married Lemuel Lawrence on 5 October 1849 in Gallatin, Sumner Co., Tennessee.^1,2,3 Nancy died on 7 August 1883 in Bowling Green, Warren Co., Kentucky, at age 64.¹
     

     Nancy was also known as Nannie.

     Nancy Lawrence was listed at age 33, born in North Carolina, as a member of the household of Lemuel Lawrence in Sumner Co., Tennessee, in the Census of 1850, enumerated 9 October 1850.⁴

     Nancy Lawrence was listed at age 31 (sic), born in North Carolina, as a member of the household of Lemuel Lawrence in Sumner Co., Tennessee, in the Census of 1860, enumerated 14 June 1860.⁵

     Nancy Lawrence was listed at age 50, born in North Carolina, as a member of the household of Lemuel Lawrence in Sumner Co., Tennessee, in the Census of 1870, enumerated 23 June 1870.⁶

     Nancy Lawrence was listed as mother at age 61, born in Tennessee, in the household of John William Lawrence in Davidson Co., Tennessee, in the Census of 1880 enumerated 9 June 1880.⁷

     George W. Davidson was born circa 1874 in Tennessee.^1,2,3 He married Launa Myrtle Jones, daughter of James Thomas Harper and Ida Vanetta McMurry, circa 1901 in Tennessee.^4,3 George died circa 1952.⁵
     

     George W. Davidson was listed as the head of a family on the 1910 Census enumerated 26 April 1910, in Dickson, Dickson Co., Tennessee. He was listed at age 36, occupation as insurance agent, born in Tennessee. Also enumerated in the household: Launa Myrtle Davidson.¹

     George W. Davidson was listed as the head of a family on the 1920 Census enumerated 16 January 1920, in Dickson, Dickson Co., Tennessee. He was listed at age 46, occupation as a life insurance agent, born in Tennessee. Also enumerated in the household: Launa Myrtle Davidson.²

     In the Census of 1930, enumerated 7 April 1930, G. W. Davidson was listed as head of household in Dickson Co., Tennessee. He was listed at age 56, occupation as a salesman for an insurance co., born in Tennessee. Also enumerated in the household: Luna Davidson, J. T. Harper and Ida Vanetta McMurry.³

     Unknown Dean married Unknown Noblett, daughter of William Noblett and Ida ?.

     Jabez Deane was born circa 1805.¹ He married Mary Jane Hill, daughter of John Hill and Margaret L. Covington, on 20 May 1834 in Davidson Co., Tennessee.² Jabez died on 4 April 1856.¹
     

     Jabez Deane was listed as the head of a family on the 1840 Census in Davidson Co., Tennessee. Enumerated were:
