Item I give to my beloved wife Rhoda Daughtrey the house and planation whereon I now live and horse called ball and a philly called _______ two feathers and furniture two cows and calf three show and pigs my negro man called Frank and a sufficency of my plantation utentials and kitchen furniture at the discression of my exor having mentioned also a suff___ ___ of my crop and stok for one year support of her and children during her widowhood and after her death or marriage I give all the above mentioned articles to be equally divided the land and plantation excepted between my children Lawrence ___ Henry Temperance Sarah and Pleasant Daughtrey to them and their heirs forever ------
Item I give devise and bequath unto my two sons Joseph and Thomas Daughtrey the land and planatation whereon I now live including all the lands of which I am possess to be equally divided between them when they come to lawfull age after my wifes marriage or death but if my wife should marry or die before they come to age then in that case it is my desire the lands to be hired out till the eldes comes of age and the profits arising be equally divided between them and in case that either of my said sons Joseph or Thomas Daughtrey should dye before they should arive to lawfull age or have lawfull issue — in that case I give devise and bequeath all my lands herein mentiond to the survivor to him ____ heirs or assigns forever ----
