To any authorized officer of said County or Minister of the Gospel Greeting: You are hereby authorized and licensed to celebrate the rites of Matrimony according to Law, between George A. Pattillo and Mrs. Sarah Mosely and required within sixty days thereafter to make due return to this office how you have executed these presents.
In testimony whereof I hereunto set my hand and seal of office this 15th day of December A.D. 1859.
