Last Will and Testament of Patrick Casey

Be it remembered that I, Patrick Casey of Somersworth in the County of Strafford and State of New Hampshire, being of sound mind and memory, but knowing the uncertainty of this life, do make this may last will and testament.

1. I direct my executor hereinafter named to pay my just debts and funeral charges.

2. I give and bequeath to my children, John Casey, Thomas Casey, James Casey, Michael Casey, Katie Casey and Lizzie Sullivan the sum of one dollar each.

3. All the rest , residue and remainder of my estate; real, personal and mixed I give, bequeath and devise to my wife Kate Casey forever. And appoint her executor of this will.

In testimony whereof I hereunto set my hand and seal and in the presence of three witnesses declare this to be my last will this 17th day of June 1904.

On this 17th day of June 1904 Patrick Casey of Somersworth in said County, signed the foregoing instrument in our presence, declaring it to be his last will and as witnesses thereof we three do now at his request in his presence, and in the presence of each other hereto subscribe our names.
