Active and honorary pallbearers for Benjamin F. Bush, formerley president and chairman of the board of the Missouri Pacific Railroad, who died at the age of 67 yesterday at St. Luke's Hospical of cerebral arterio-sclerosis, have been elected, and funeral services will be held at 3 p. m. tomorrow at Second Presbyterian Church, Taylor avenue and Westminster place. The Rev. L. L. Euwer will conduct the service in the absence of Rev. John W. MacIvor, pastor. The body will lie in state at the church from 2 to 3 p. m., and burial in Bellefontaine Cemetery will be private.
